One of my son's friends stopped by last night and was totally excited. He said Mr Jackson you have to take a look at something. I walked outside and sitting in my drive was a beautiful 2000 Sebring Silver SS convertible. It has the SLP Dual-Dual Exhaust,Key Fobs and ZR1 Chrome Wheels. The real exciting news is that he was a die hard Mustang GT owner. He mentioned that he has heard all kinds of nice things about an SS but never took any of it serious until he drove this SS. He stated that this car was far superior to the Mustang. We all knew that. So now he wants to join all kinds of Camaro clubs and attend the events.
He even wants to go to the F-body Gathering this September. [Cool]

Always good to see a someone come over to the Chevy camp.

I work with a guy who in drove an SS and loved it, but he's, err..,, rather big and the Camaro cockpit ergonomics didn't work for him.

Ed ,I think your SS is due to come over for a group shot! Going to be a bunch of Camaros at the house this weekend. The former Mustang owner could not take it each time he came over. I really did not want the Ford parked in my driveway. Now he feels like part of the family! [Big Grin] [Big Grin] [Big Grin]

Felt great to have it out [Big Grin] . I still have to try a different disc in the tip on the LM to see what sound I like. To bad I missed the other F-Bodys It looked like a good party going on with all the cars around [Big Grin]

I'm still am die hard Mustang fan.... but there is no power like the LS1 engine....and the handling to boot!

MY best friend talked me into driving a camaro ss because I was not happy with the performance of the GT I drove.... the rest is history.

I talked to a guy here at college and he was a die hard GT fan but then he got tired of losing to Camaros. So he sold his 96 GT and got a 98 Z28.
