I can't believe I just heard freezing rain for
tonight - it was 80 degrees yesterday. WOW!!

Have a great day friends. [Big Grin]

Beautiful weather. Cat stayed out all night, started howling very shortly after the kids across the street stopped. Oh well. Another sleep deprived day...

Looks like another beauty today but rain and snow tomorrow. Oh well, we are getting more and more nice days.

Got the nose of the vette all buffed out nice last night, hope to finish the rest over the next couple of nights, then it is the Zaino treatment and finally I can reveal it to the public

good morning.

It's not been a very good week, got into an accident Monday afternoon on the 696 surface drive. The guy couldn't stop in time and the guesses were he hit me at about 40mph and pushed me into the car in front of me and so on, total of 5 cars involved. I was in my beater car but still it pisses me off because it was in good shape and nothing was wrong with it.

I should be ok, my neck hurts like heck but I went to the hospital and they gave me pain killers. I'd really like to sue the guy just cover the repairs to my car and my time off from work but the lawyer I talked basically blew me off. If anyone has any suggestions feel free to post them.

Anyway, here are a few pics of the car:

Howdy everyone.

Day 3 of being sick. I'm not having fun.

I've got some kind of respiratory thing going on.....having a really hard time breathing, heavy lungs and a really stuffy nose and head. I hope it eases up soon.

SSee ya,

Mornin' all. Looks like I might have to spend a few weeks in Oakland for this project...hardly convenient timing with wedding planning and wanting to get started repairing my car.

Tom, you shouldn't have to sue as long as his insurance company treats you right...you are entitled to lost income. If he wasn't insured, then you'll have the joys of going through your own insurance.

Tom,

It would be a good idea to find a lawyer to help you with your case. There has to be one that is willing to help you. You should not have a problem getting $$ to replace your "beater". However, you may find it a little more difficult to get reimbursed for your visit to the doctor, espically if you have to make multiple trips to see him/her like my husband did. It may also be difficult to get reimbursed for lost time from work. Try finding a small law firm or a sole practioner.

Good luck.
