Went to the Market Square last night. Met a couple of SS owners I'd never met before, they may be logging on to join our family.
How many of you wave to fellow F body owners. I've been waving and don't get many wave backs. In my wife's Jeep, all the other Jeep owners wave back. It must be a Jeep thing.

I wave to all F-body and Corvette owners. I don't get many F-bods to wave back when in the Camaro:(
In the vette most vettes wave back. When I am in the Camaro and wave to a vette some wave back and others turn up there nose.
When I wave to F-bods when I am in the vette, more do than when I wave in the Camaro, go figure.
Anyway, it's Friday. Have a great day and a great weekend. Supposed to rain hard tomorrow. Looks like my friends will all drive beaters to my house for the header install tomorrow. Thank goodness for a heated garage!

Hello everyone...as for the waving thing, I continue to wave to f bodys while Im driving the 35th, I will even wave to corvette drivers, I think more vette owners waved back then those in Camaros, not many Camaros in my area though and more started waving back as time went on, so continue to wave, some will come around and besides its good people like us doing the waving...might make a few more friends...Hawkeye it is a "Jeep thing", I used to work on a friends Jeep alot and everytime I would drive it, I had to wave...people were waving to me...alot of Jeeps aroung here. Looks like we have rain coming in tonight - hope it holds off long enough for me to attend the Rutgers Spring Football Game at 7:30 down in New Brunswick.
Have a good one!

Morning. I only wave to other SS owners, most wave back. I think in general, a lot of SS owners are car people. I'd tend to believe most Camaro and Z28 owners just wanted the car. If that makes any sense.

My friend just got a wrangler a few weeks ago and we took a spin in it and past probably 5 jeeps in our short drive. Couldn't beleive they all waved to us. I wave to Camaros, usually newer ones, I finder the 'older' they are, not as many wave. Haven't waved to vettes, but for the most part, most wave back Posts: 2651 | From: Enola (Harrisburg Area), Pennsylvania | Registered: Jan 2002

Have a happy Friday and a good weekend everyone. I probably won't be on the board much next week either since I'll be in Oakland for work.
I rarely wave to the regular Camaros any more...they rarely seem interested in waving back. I hardly wave at SS drivers either, though...I'm usually too busy trying to see if I recognize them that I forget to wave until it's too late. I do at least try to give a head nod.

I found that most standard Camaro and Z-28 owners dont wave back. I have to assume they are just driving a "car", and dont care what it is. Most (but not all) of the SS owners wave back. Vette owners usually will wave. Go figure.
I think my week-long sickness is slowly on the upswing.......so maybe the weekend will be slightely better than the rest of the week. Posts: 1443 | From: Lake Oswego, Oregon | Registered: Dec 2001
