Had an idea for a game. Who can come up with and who can name what kind of f-body was in a movie. For example: John Cusack in "Better of Dead" drove what kind of Camaro?

My memory isn't as good as yours, Fbodfather. There was a CSI episode where the ex of one of the stars ran his f-body off the road in a rain storm, leaving their small daughter inside. I think it was a 4th gen Z28, but I can't remember the color. [Confused] [Confused]

I think I've seen a brown/gold thirdgen on Seinfeld. Am I right? What camaros are in the following movies: 8 Mile; Who's Harry Crumb?; and No Man's Land? The last 2 involved chase scenes with camaros...

I know that we had a couple of requests for B4C police cars in movies....and we've provided them, of course...but turned down two because they were going to be totalled at the end.

(I can't stand to see that happen....)

We said no, because we sold the B4C on the merits of its handling capabilities.

I am going to be brave here. Argue with the Fbodfather? What me?

If my memory serves me correctly, wasn't the car in FIGHT CLUB a 99 V-6 convertible w/sport appearance package??? It could have been red or orange, looks red in the movie.

PLEASE correct me if I am wrong.

What kinda camaro is in the movie Any which way but lose with clint eastwood. And Beverly hills cop 1. There was also on in Charlies Angles to. I know I've seen more but can't remember it.

The one with runaway bride was towed through the street's. That movie was made 20 min. from my house in Berlin, MD.

There was also another Camaro in the Sopranos. A red Iroc third gen. Got in a wreck in front of the butcher shop.

How many and what year Camaros are in the movie Scotland, PA? If you haven't seen it yet, everybody in the movie drives a Camaro. It's kind of a weird movie but entertaining. If you ever wanted to know what your car would look like with bull horns mounted on the hood...
Speaking of Mustangs getting wrecked, it looks like they do a pretty good job on the silver one in the new Harrison Ford movie. I also saw a '68 Firebird in the new Matrix movie and heard there were some vintage Camaros, too.

That's because they WERE! I was looking at one of our old warehouses in the city of Detroit (for storing Auto Show cars and trucks) and low and behold....a buncha Cadillacs with bullet holes all over 'em! (they were old development vehicles from the proving grounds......thus, we didn't really care about the bullet holes.)

I remember providing some Luminas and Caprices years back for a movie filmed in New York....and one of the cars came back with bullet holes (and it wasn't supposed to) and that was a problem..........................

What really upset me was that the Lumina shots all ended up on the cutting room floor, anyway!

Maybe its just me but I don't really care for
product placement in movies and TV...I go
to movies for entertainment not commercials.
It kind of turns me off the product. Now
obviously you will always have cars and such
in movies...its just overdone. Matrix Reloaded
was overkill with all the GM vehicles. Plus
every movie these days is a plug for the latest
cel phones.

Back on topic: Anyone remember what kind of
Camaro got MUNCHED by "Christine"?

I agree with ya. Nowadays, too many 'commercials' within movies. Kinda turns ya off. But a least they were GM cars. Ford cars, or rice would have killed the movie. Too bad there wasnt an XLR in there as well [Roll Eyes]
