Hi Steve I thought I would post a reply here to your question about my 72. My car has a white interior witch makes it kinda rare not mant around with that combo . It dont have a console like yours I always wonder if they put consoles in in 72. I saw a pic of your car ,the one in front of your shop . My car is all original numbers matching and hasnt been restored but it has been repainted due to a fender that was replaced be fore I got it . I love the car I drive it all the time and it gets driven to all the shows that I go to . Last year I drove it to MICh for Superfest . This year I am staying a little closer to home , the farthest I am taking it is to PA for the GM Nationals . I am off to a show here in NY on Sunday with it , talk to you soon .

I love the white interior!! Sounds like yours is in very nice condition, as is ours. When we got ours, it had chrome brackets, pulleys, braided hoses, etc. I just recently pulled those off, and reinstalled the original parts, all freshly painted. I removed the braided hoses as well.

We have the original wheels that I just need to mount the new tires onto, and then reinstall them.

It has the original drivetrain. Most (if not all) of the original parts have been saved if they were removed, and will get reinstalled over time. The only parts I dont seem to have are the original exhaust manifolds.

I do happen to be looking for the lower dash piece that the radio goes into, along with the lower door panel parts in black, in case you happen to run across any. Also, looking for a console to install (must be in very good condition).

Will you be making it to bowling green this year?
