The Eastern Michigan Camaro Club rented Milan Dragway last night. Man they raised their prices! The weather held out for a fun night. Too bad the track was too cold to get any good 60' times. The record holding Mustangs of Danny Millen,Legendary Ford drag racer Barry Shepard and his daughter Roxanne were there as well.Hawkeye and friends Rock and Mark from Canada.

That is the beauty of the club renting the track.I put 16 miles on my car last night just going down the track. You can't do no where that on a regular Wednesday or Friday Test&Tune night. You will pay $20 to race and $10 for each spectator and be lucky to get 2-3 passes with 400 cars on site.We charge $30 to race and nothing to spectate.

Not the best thing taking a picture from the rear view mirror at 75 mph and a curve is up ahead!

Truthfully though the action shots in the rearview mirror are really awesome.
This is a picture of Brickyard 400 #44 that Berger Chevrolet is selling with the 35th Anniversary Performance Edition from GMMG in the rear view mirror.

Oh man another nice photo in the driver side mirror. You say they are selling it at Berger? I have been there a few times with my Brother for swap meets and car shows although I don't know if they had one this year. I wonder what they are asking for it?

I can tell you that car Brickyard 400 #44 has a bunch of miles on it.Probably over 11,000 now.I drove that car for a solid weekend myself.Give Berger a call and see what they are asking for it.You could always make an offer. Posts: 5682 | From: Dearborn,Mi. | Registered: Feb 2002

That car was used by several people through out the year.Remember it is one of 2 or 3 2002 35th Anniversary LE Brickyard 400's that had the GMMG 35th Anniversary Performance Edition Package added to it.It still has history.
Here is #44 with my wife driving it on Berlin Speedway.
The Hot Rod Magazine Test Car (prototype)with Brickyard 400 #44 and #22.

Now that is totally awesome Greg. Very true it does have History to it and man I really dig what Berger did to it. The rearend and front fascia really standout. Do you happen to remember if the car has the LS1 or does it have the 380 HP or 430 HP equipped motor in it?

Since the car is an automatic trans,it has the 350hp decal on the hood scoop. Posts: 5682 | From: Dearborn,Mi. | Registered: Feb 2002

I fell in love with the 69 Camaro when a neighbor purchased one. I was 7 at the time and been hooked on Camaros since. When my Brother bought his 77 1/2 Camaro Z28 I was really taken then.
I bought my first Camaro in 1986, a Camaro Z28 IROC Edition and when the SS came back I made sure to get one. Thank goodness for the 35th Anniversary Edition cause I immediately went down to the Dealership and ordered one.
Got it in November 2001. Wish I knew about this organization then cause I would have joined then. Have a great weekend. Posts: 2841 | From: Westland, MI | Registered: Apr 2003
