and not much sleep last night. We had amazing wind gusts, and with my awnings flapping away it sure was noisy!
Should be sending that stuff east later today.
Have a great day friends

Good day all. Heavy rain last night. Supposed to be showery the next few days!
Lawn will be too deep to cut by the time the sun returns. First a miserable winter, now a shaky spring. I'm moving!

And a crisp, business-like, freshly starched and pressed good morning to all of you! (way too much coffee already this morning!)
Wow...what a windy weekend! The good news is that all the maple seeds (or at least most of them) got blown out of the trees and won't find their way on to the cars.......
(I think the wind is probably Gino's fault.....)

Around here we actually had a halfway decent weekend. Nice and warm this past weekend, just overcast. About the same look for the first part of the week (high in the 60's/low 70's).
Hope you all have a great week Posts: 1443 | From: Lake Oswego, Oregon | Registered: Dec 2001

Good morning everyone.. I spent my Saturday putting in my new Spec Stage 3 Carbon clutch, hydraulics, and new flywheel in my car. I am happy with the feel of it with very little chatter and the pedal feel is almost stock. I have to break it in before I see if it holds..

ACK....foo-foo stuff! Since we already had dishes, towels, sheets and other domestic-type stuff, it wasn't practical for us to duplicate it by registering for things we wouldn't use daily (I mean really, how often does one use fine china & crystal...once a year?).
Registering at Home Depot turned out to be a good decision for us. It really helped us out where we needed it, and we have something to remember our friends whenever we use what we were given from our list (light fixtures, doorbell, extension ladder, wheelbarrow, etc.). We received many gift cards that we were able to use when we were ready to build the garage and fix up things in the house (paint, our bathroom & laundry room remodel, our electrical re-wire/upgrade).
Get the best of both. Register at more than one place, so you'll also have a head start on your home improvement projects when you buy your house, soon. It'll make the move-in much easier!
