Hi there! I've been asked to get some info for a person in Canada who is planning to relocate to sunny California. He currently has a '94 Chevy Camaro, 3.4 L, V-6, 4-speed. Does anyone have any ideas about this car possibly passing the California emissions test? Any info would be good. Typically, Canadian pollution standards are pretty strict now, but I don't know about that far back. Maybe one of our other Canadian members might know something relevant.
