Fairly patient [Wink] I wasn't going to install headers until fall anyway, I just like getting feedback from as many folks as possible before I purchase parts.

I'd very much like to get some opinions on those goodies too... seems to be a very nice package.

I did a great deal of research before getting my headers (as most of us do). The PPC headers are modeled after the the old Grotyohans ("Grots") and have excellent flow and clearance characteristics. They look like a quality product and the new pictures of the y pipe with cats appear to be a very nice fit for clearance. I don't see the post cat 02 sensors but that may be just because those are a prototype.

I went with the TTS headers because at the time PPC did not have their y pipe with cats ready and I did not want to begin fabricating.

From experience installing my headers - use GM gaskets, get the 02 wire extensions, and be prepared to to deal with SES codes for a few weeks until you get the bugs out. Mine ruined all 4 sensors and I have a theory that it's the coating or the change in heat characteristics. Anyway, after repalcing all 4 sensors, the codes were gone.

Hope this helps. [Smile]
