Just got back from having warranty work done for a leaky rear pinion. Just wanted to say THANK YOU to everyone that gave me heads up before I took the car in. Unfortunately, they did not replace the crush sleave so I'll keep a careful eye out for a possible leak. All in all a good experience and from now on I'll be bringing my car to Hawthorne Chevy for STOCK repairs. Thanks Daddyss for the dealer recommendation!!

Glad they took care of you. One of the key things is to come out no worse than you went in! After all the stories of lift damage, joy rides, etc., at least the folks at that dealer can appreciate how you take of your car and will do the same.

Glad they took care of you adn you had a good experience. I'm lucky to have a great dealer in my area as well. I think it helps when the people taking care of your car appreciate it as well.

on a side note, when I was at the Carlise show in June, a guy came up and asked if I take my car to Forbes, and he recognized that he was the one that worked on my car/state inspection. [Smile] [Cool]
