That's a really neat shot. What kind of camera? Any photo editing software used to get that motion effect? That would make a great calendar picture or poster.

He was panning. I don't know the fellow that took the picture (yet). He wasn't racing. He has another that's not as good (according to him) that's 1600 x 1200.
He posted it on the Winnipeg AutoX message board this morning as the "best " of his shots from yesterday.
I've played with it in PhotoshopLE ..rotating it 5° CW and cropping it a little and it looks even better
