I know the board is gone but from everything I have reading it seems that SLP Engineering is gone too. Does anyone have the lowdown on this? It would be nice to know if I can still get parts for my car.

Thanks SLP for building my great car. [Big Grin]

Still there. Word is they'll be moving the OEM Parts to Performance Parts some time in the next year or so.

Yeah, there sure are some un answered questions!!

I hate to put words in Fbodfather's mouth, but it sure seemed like he was talking about more than the loss of the board! He mentioned not talking to Carm or Jeffy and other SLP employees again. [Eek!]

Like I said before on the SLP borad when poeple bitched about SLP selling Mustang parts, "I'd rather thay sell Mustang parts than go out of business."

I hope they hang in long enough to see the economy turn around and hopefully they can find a loyal customer base of any manufacturer's car (Hopefully domestic)

I was at SLP Parts in New Jersey just yesterday and there was no sign of any trouble the employee parking lot was full and there were several customer cars there being worked on,,, mabe they are reorganizing I noticed several Mustangs there,,,Maybe we should just watch and support them.

SLP Engineering and SLP Performance Parts are seperate operating companies.

They have two things in common, the letters "SLP" and the owner, Ed Hamburger.

SLP Engineering is not gone. It is just undergoing significant change.
