Special Notes for Chevrolet Owners: Blank Order Forms. In many cases, we can provide you with an order blank for your specific make and model year. The order blank will show you most of the options that were available. Use our Online Order Form to request an order blank for your specific make and model year. At this time we have to limit this request to one only. These order blanks are not available for all years and models.
If you have a 2003 Chevrolet, we can reprint a window sticker for your car only if you have the original window sticker or a copy of the dealer's invoice for your car. The dealer has to keep a copy of the invoice from GM for 5 years. Ask him for a copy showing retail prices only. Dealer's invoice lists dealer info, list of options on car and prices for same. Window Sticker will list these plus standard items and estimated mileage exactly as original window sticker did. We cannot make any changes that deviate from dealer's invoice. Cost is same as 2002 models.

not to step on any toes....but if u have and 02 and newer car i can get a original factory window sticker from GM. i just ordered a 2nd copy for myself of my SS. as a momento.

I'd love to be able to get a second GM window sticker for my '02 Hawk. The dealer thought he was doing me a favour when he folded up the original and tucked it into my glovebox

Your dealer / salesperson can get some printed for you, no problem.

I ordered a sticker from them for my 35th SS and its real nice, just like the orginal, that I didnt get since i bought mine used!
