Not real sure what happened with the Pack. Looks like they woke up towards the end, just a little too late.

Ah yes two of my favorite teams going head to head and I am surprised by the outcome. Looks like the Pack will have to do the honors and win at Minnesota the next time they meet. Posts: 2841 | From: Westland, MI | Registered: Apr 2003

Vikes looked really good in the first half, went into conservitive mode in the second half and let the Pack back in it. Wish they'd just stay with what's working and not go into that "prevent mode". Next week the Bears, should be easy. Detroit after that, could be tough. Lions look to be the surprise team this year.

First week of the season, it's kinda hard to tell. Good thing there are 15 more games left! Posts: 322 | From: Fort Polk, LA | Registered: Feb 2002

Lions played pretty well Dan but their secondary is very questionable. 4 penalties for holding and pass interference which were questionable as far as I am concerned. They seem vulnerable to the pass plus no running game.
Need to get into the season to see what they are made of though. Posts: 2841 | From: Westland, MI | Registered: Apr 2003

Yeah and those no class Ravens continue to talk after repeatedly getting spanked by the Burgh. Billick is a low life to not put a stop to it. Then again he's calling TO's and spiking the ball, down by 20 with less than a minute. Ray Lewis mocking Joey Porter, what a POS that guy is, with his 1 tackle.

Oakland was robbed in their game against the Titans. These officials are really making bad calls. Posts: 2841 | From: Westland, MI | Registered: Apr 2003

The officiating was terrible in that game.
Oh well.........we shot ourselves in the foot many a time as well.......
I thnk these officials need to go back to school and learn better. It seems every year the officiating gets worse.
Kansas City will do better. Dick Vermiel is one heck of a coach.
And don't rule out the Bears just yet. Give em a little bit and it will turn around. Posts: 2841 | From: Westland, MI | Registered: Apr 2003
