Very sad that we have to pay so much out of our paychecks. Many people on Welfare that WE have to pay for so they tax us. [Mad]

BIG GOVERNMENT is what happened...... at all levels.....local, city, county, state, etc.

Now we expect the Government to provide for all kinds of things so we pay for it in taxes. I would think that list you posted will get nothing but BIGGER as time goes on. [Eek!]

You're on the right track - FDR's New Deal, LBJ's Great Society, etc. Seemed like good ideas at the time, but they grew into hugh money-sucking bureaucracies. Unfortunatly, too many Republicans have gone along with this bull$h!t too [Mad]

Our ForeFathers fought for no taxation without representation. Seems to me that translation got lost somewhere down the road and so we end up footing the bill while government execs make out with having to pay nothing but reaping the rewards. [Mad] [Frown] [Eek!]
