"According to both sides, Cubellis told Gosule he was busy and it would be three to four hours before he could take her or her car to Boston, about 60 miles away. The Gosule family says Cubellis did not try to start the young woman's car, make sure she was taken to a safe location or call another AAA driver to help."
It seems that tow truck driver exhibited poor judgement, maybe her car just needed a jumpstart Posts: 23 | From: FLORIDA | Registered: Aug 2003

1) I don't see how its AAA fault that the truck driver didn't give assistance when he was there. If you can blame anyone its the truck driver's fault not AAA
2) Considering she took a ride from a stranger, in which AAA is so you don't have to take rides from strangers. Instead she didn't wait for AAA driver to come back and decided to seek trust in the stranger. I would believe this would pardon AAA's involvement.
3) I think the parent's should be sued. My parents always taught me to never take rides from strangers

If the courts would have done there job and kept this POS behind bars where he belonged, she would still be alive. It's no bodies fault but the courts and her fault for taking a ride from him. As this family must have $$$$ to take on the AAA they should go after those in the court system that didn't keep him behind bars.
