A special day today. A day that changed the way the free world lives. I pause to reflect on those souls that were taken in the tragedy of 9 - 11.
The innocents who were only guilty of living their lives with out intent on harming anyone, and the brave rescue workers who rushed into their deaths to help their fellow citizens.
And, to those in Iraq, who are still sacrificing to preserve the safety and freedom that we enjoy in this part of the world. Peace be with you, and may God bless.
Have a great day friends, and may we all never know another 9 - 11.

So much has happened since then, both good and bad.
Let us remember those we lost.
Let us be thankful for those serving to protect us - in the armed services, PDs, FDs, and EMTs.
Here is hoping for a brighter safer future here in North America, the Middle East, Africa, and anywhere else there are people subjected to tyranny and/or terrorism.

Glad I left the SS home this morning . Besides the fog when I got close to work as I exited the ramp from the x-way a van lost its rear tire . It hit the car infront of me and bounced over the van 2 laned and took out the mirror and pass side door of a 3/4 ton truck. I allmost ram over the brake drum , lucky for me I missed all of the damage.
Have a great 1 All.........

Well said Hawkeye. This is a day that I know I will never forget. On the way to work this morning, I was listening to a morning show and they were talking about Sept. 11. They were playing (and talking about) the audio tapes from Flight 93 (I think that was the correct #. The flight were the passengers rushed the cockpit). It was quite sad and I had a tear in my eye (maybe more than one) as it really makes you think about what you have.
Love your family and enjoy life.
P.S. On a lighter note, love your SS as well!!!!

Morning all ................. a special day indeed ............ time for remembrance
Don't know if we have a picture of the day, as we're having major network problems here again today, and I haven't been able to verify the load.
If, and when, I get verification, I will post the picture.

Good afternoon. I was at the dealer getting my SS worked on that day. I vividly remember walking by the waiting area and seeing everyone staring at the TV. I asked what movie it was. I was horrified at the answer.
I will never forget. Peace
