I have received a couple of requests for a GP and would like to see what we can do.

Now, first off.... I need to say that , there isn't much margin in putting together these systems. In fact, I'll likely have to raise the pricing soon. The only reason I share this with you is that I'm going to have a hard time giving much of a discount for the GP.

However, I DO want to get more of the systems out there and hence more word of mouth.

Here's what I'm thinking:

5 Systems = 10% off
10 Systems = 20% off

In doing this, I'd have to work the quantities into the production schedule, so there may be a waiting period.

Once we have the order commitments, I'd need at least 50% deposit (100% is fine too ..) before I commit to the production.

How does this sound?

If you have interest, you can reply here, but please send me an email also.

I'm in!!! [Big Grin] I'll have to check to see what the number is for the setup I want.

I have a 2002 and want the ones with the RT hi-flo cats. I still want to be able to keep it "mostly" street legal.

Thanks!!!

OK, Guys....

At this point we have 5 "OKs", or close to "OK".

I'll send emails to those of you who have said, yes. At which point Y'all can send the deposits (or full)... if we can get 10.... the pricing will be adjusted accordingly.

Thanks for the support! [Wink] [Smile]

Kurt,

It's impossible for a long tube system to get a CARB certificate due to moving the cats further away from the heads (the original position).

How do you want the deposit payment when the deposit is needed??

Is there any clearance issues with SLP bolt-on SFC's???

The deposits can be through PayPal or by check.

The prototyping was done with the SLP bolt-on SFCs, so no problem there.

Ok, guys... some answers...

First... I hope nobody (including Daddy) was offended by my joking around... that's just me... [Big Grin] [Big Grin]

The clearance from the underside of the driver's floor at the longitudinal crossmember (the one that runs under the driver's seat to the trans crossmember mounting area) to the lowest part of the underside of the 3" pipe.. is 4". That's with a 3/4 " clearance from the floor to the pipe.

With a cat... add 1/2" to that measurement.

See the website for details on the parts and pricing, but... the retail prices are:

With Cats: $1549.95
With ORPs: $1249.95

If we have 5 purchases take off 10%
If we have 10 purchases take off 20%

Photos (these shots are on the test car and are of a pre-production y-pipe that has not been coated):

Thanks for the phone call, Hawkeye!

Kevin (and all)....
Looks like we have at least 5 confirmed, so at this point we're looking at 10% off.

Deposits can be done at any time, by PayPal or by sending a check. My payPal ID is the email address.

info@provenperformanceconcepts.com

I'll make up invoices for each customer as the payments are made.

If we get to 10 systems (I'll wait a bit yet), the pricing will be adjusted accordingly.

Thanks again!

I have no doubts about getting these now. At the very least, I know Gordon will do everything he can to make sure we're all happy with his stuff.
