We bought these for my stepson last Christmas I think. He has a Mustang (I know, I know but his mom used to have one [Razz] ), a Civic, and Chevelle I think. They didn't have as many choices then. I will DEFINTELY have to pick up the SS, in blue of course. [Wink]

These things are really cool and they make mods for them - gears, tires, wheels. And you can get the cones for an Autocross setup too!

Did you see this one?

I bought the wht and blu last night as well as the LE kit and the Yenko kit.

My problem is that it says to put the car on the charger and when the light turns green its fully charged. Mine would only show green and the car would not charge up.

After several tries I got a red light for about a min and then green. The car worked but when it was about 4 feet from me I lost the signal and it quit working until I walked closer and stayed right behind it.

Anyone else have this problem? Did I get a bad car/charger?

Those things look so cool. Ok those of you that have one, tell me what parts are a must. I'd like the LE one but can't order it online and being overseas I guess I'll have to keep looking back from time to time to see when they are in.

Still miight go and trade it but I wanted the black one. Got the LE package, engine upgrade and the cones. Can you say 2nd Childhood [Roll Eyes] [Big Grin] .

Greg did you get down last night to get the LE's.

Ed,I was only able to pick up a white and blue SS and there was no 35th LE body at the Canton store.I gave the blue SS to my son for his Birthday.I really want that 35th LE body with the 1967 SS.Those things are so cool.Mine seems to have a bit more gear noise than my son's. Maybe time for a ring gear change and engine mod! [Big Grin]

I just picked up 2 white SS's and one 35th LE body. They ordered another LE body for me. It will be in on Monday. One set is for hookerf14. They only had 2 SS's. They had a couple of the TransAm.After I get off here,I am going to play with them. The girl at the Radio Shack was playing with one on the floor to show me how it worked. They are really cool.

Both cars come in both freq's.
Check the box and see what they are. I believe one is 27 hz and the other is around 49hz.
