For the picture of the day .............. let's do a Camaro .......... a '69 Camaro ............. resplendent in candy apple red and lace is Mr. Chevrolet, Dickie Harrell's Courtesy Chevrolet backed flopper. Shown here at Beeline Raceway in Phoenix, this car was probably his most famous. Tragically, his career was cut short when he was killed in an accident driving his Vega funny car on Labor Day, 1971. We lost a true showman that day.

Good morning all! I drove the SS to work today also. Sunday, at Maple Grove Raceway, I saw a new nation record made. Tony Schumacher ran a 4.441 sec. 1/4 mile at 332.34 mph!
