Hmmm...a very creative use of the '53 body kit.
I'm not so sure how I feel about that, either...it's a lot to take in!

After looking at it longer, it's the wheels that throw the look of it off for me. I would like to see it w/the Z06 wheels on it so they go w/the brake ducts.

I have seen a few of these including a ZO6 convertible. They can be done pretty well actually but even though they are interesting to look at, I could never do that to a C5 myself.
On one of the TV shows on TNN they had a segment on one. It was on quite a while ago.

I don't like it. But then I never liked the early 1st Gen until the 56 Vette came out. I am not a big fan of the 5th gen (looks wise)either so I guess it doesn't matter.....obviously this person likes the looks.
My favorite Vettes are the second gen, the early third gens, and the fourth gen.

The front is fine but I sure would have gone with a later model back.

I can see what they are doing. Not bad if you like the 53 body style (which I dont care too much for). The side Z06 vents and the hardtop body lines along with the ugly wheels makes it really bad though. JMO
