My SSOA letter of auth lists my SLP production number as 1420; I just ordered an engine plaque from SLP Engineering and they stated my build # is 1752 (based on my car's VIN? Any ideas why the difference ?

If you need a re-verification and a new LofA (if what's printed is incorrect), I can add you to the next batch. Be warned.....I'm giving SLP time to finish their reorganization before I send this batch in, so it may be awhile.

Thanks Teri, I'm more concerned with them putting the wrong number on the plaque. I was hoping there might be a different explanation than an SLP mistake. Thanks all!

You might want to call SLP and tell them your concern about the plaque. Perhaps someone can double check the # and confirm it. If the plaque is incorrect, you certainly want to replace it. If that's correct, you need a new LofA.
Let me know what you find out either way.
