Alot of people have asked my in a very short amount of time if my car is a Tom Henry Camaro or a Berger Camaro. I amit it does look just like a Henry Camaro but I never tried to have this happen. Now everyone is asking me and it kinda bugs me. Do you guys think it is wrong to have a car that looks like a special edition car if its not. Please be honest, there are some pics below.

It looks great to me. You should have your car look like whatever you want it to. As long as someone doesn't put badges on a car to mispresent it, I have no problem with making it look like you want it. I really like it and the wheels! Nice job.

I don't think it's a big deal that you try and get your car to look a particular way. It's been done before and will continue to happen, and if copied to near perfection its called cloning. Not that it takes anything away from you or your ride; it's still a special car. If not viewed that way by everyone, at least it should be to you.
Looking over your pics I can see what really made people ask you those questions are the rims and the front grill. Berger didn't do the SS on the front grill he did the 69 bowtie, and I think Berger chose a different rim package. You went with the AR Torq Thrust II's with a nice SS cap I might add.
So if anyone should ask you if it’s a Berger or Henry, tell him or her neither, it's yours. If they insist on knowing what you modeled it after, it's more of a TH. By the way who signed your left shock housing (hump)?
I bought the TH380SS (#22 of 31) because I like the way it looked and the mods that were done to it. I would have gone with the phase II if my pockets were deep enough, but I bottomed out at the 380SS.

Your car looks great! I wouldn't worry about a thing, if it loks like a Berger or Tom Henry, etc. Do what you like best too it. Just dont misrepresent the car and say it IS a specialty car, or but the badges on (not that they are readily available.) And not that you are doing it.
I intend to put black berger strips on my Pewter SS someday if I still have the SS and have the money. Enjoy your car!!

Thanks for all the kind words. I never try to act like it is anything more than a normal SS. I know what you guys are talking about people putting SS emblems on Z28s and so on. I just didn't want people to look at my car that way because it looks very close to a very rare car.

Your car looks awsome (actually we talked at NJ SLP CAD at the hotel lot). Quite honestly I compliment you on doing such a fine job with it You aren't trying to misrepresent it, ...you simply built it the way you like it.

I think your car looks great. It is your car, and your expressing your preferences. Just because some people ask if it's a Tom Henry, well they just don't know any better.
There may be a lot of similarities, but it is not an exact copy, so keep on doing what you are doing.

You car really looks great. Don't worry what other people say. You made it the way you wanted it. If you like it,thats all that matters. Some people might just be envious of your car. I get the same thing sometimes because of my stripes. They say they are Berger stripes. Actually, that stripe was first on the 97 SS. I don't care I like it and so do a lot of other people. I get a lot of compliments on the stripes.

Unless someone else is making the payments for you - it's yours! Do as you like with it.
The sentiment around here is that as long as you don't try to pass it off as something it's not, whatever you do with YOUR car is cool.
Ralph likes stripes and added them to his ride, Mark didn't like the stripes and took them off his 35thLE. They both like their rides better that way, and that's what counts!
Your car looks great, enjoy.
