After careful consideration and debate whether to go retro with an iron Chevy SB vs. a modern LS1...
...I just bought a 2002 LS1 complete with all accessories, PCM, wiring harness, fuel rails, fuel pump, T56 trans, shifter, computer, etc. EVERYTHING for $6499.
The best part... it only has 1200 miles on it.

No Mufflers or Cats... No torque management.. Highly advanced timing.. Compression bumped up to (a little headwork) 11.1 - 1 12.8 A/F ratio
and best of all ... you do not have to pass emissions ...with cats and mufflers... and get 29 MPG highway

EXACTLY!! I'm looking for a good heads/cam combo that'll make it sound like a racecar and be on the verge of being streetable. I want as much torque as possible. Anyone have any suggestions?

And it sounds AWESOME, if you want a video clip send me an email bigt017@Hotmail.com, although the car in the video is SOM it's not mine, at least not yet.
