I think with enough emails or phone calls he might remember his former customers. SS breakdowns were given out in the past as a courtesy only. It's not a god-given right and it's nothing that was in SLP's contract to provide. They have other priorities at this time and might get them out some date in the future, but it's nothing to fret over.
