So when I bought my LE I notived that the SLP LID boot, to the MAF, was ripped. I took the SS in about 1-2 weeks after I bought it to have it replaced. Of course it had to be ordered.
Now its been about 3 months... they finally received the part from SLP.
The lady at Chevy called me and said specifically "That aftermarket company we work with moves too slow... this is unacceptable."
I mentioned to her that SLP is making some changes but she said it was still crap for situations like mine, where its needed for warranty work. Its a good thing they got it in.. I may have to smog this car within the next month, I live in CA and they WILL fail you for something like this.
Anyways.. I hope SLP gets back on track soon.. Id still like to get my LofA too... we're still waiting on SLP for that one.
