Its been raining, ive been on my feet, and had wayyyy too much crap from stupid people today. So I found the perfect ending to a bad day.

Step 1: Acquire some chili-cheese dip.
Step 2: Acquire some corn chips.
Step 3: A bottle of wine.
Step 4: Do like the coneheads and consume mass quantities.

I think I also forgot to mention that by wine, i mean "Boone's Farm", which is a striking $2 a bottle, and tastes like kool-aid.

In other words, its a broke college student junk food fest. [Big Grin]

"Lamb and cranberries" You must be thinking I live in Ney York city [Roll Eyes] .

We dont use meet in our chili just all natural ingredients grown in the garden, This ain't No "White Boy Stuff" I make up here.

We make Fajitas on the BBQ (charcoal) with just enough Mesquette wood we bring from Texas for a nice smokey flavor .

Shall I have the relatives in Texas and Mexico come pay a visit to Y'All [Wink] [Razz]

Sure we know 'bout that stuff [Smile] . With the wifes maden name of "Vela" there just might be a little Mexican flavor in the family [Big Grin]

Just outside of San Antonio there is a place we found to pick up our "Skeet" wood for about $20 we got almost 2 dozen logs that we brought back to the North [Smile] . Great to mix with charcoal and BBQ.

As you can see the Quote below ( will leave the Sotherners name out [Razz] ) Chili & Salsa were used interchangably(sp). I just had a flashback to the Boons Farm/ Ripple days and got [Confused] [Smile]

I tried some pecan-smoked jerky from Goode's in Houston, and it was quite good. Different from the mesquite taste Im used to, but definetly better than hickory smoked jerky. Hoorah!
