I think I also forgot to mention that by wine, i mean "Boone's Farm", which is a striking $2 a bottle, and tastes like kool-aid.

We dont use meet in our chili just all natural ingredients grown in the garden, This ain't No "White Boy Stuff" I make up here.

We make Fajitas on the BBQ (charcoal) with just enough Mesquette wood we bring from Texas for a nice smokey flavor .

Shall I have the relatives in Texas and Mexico come pay a visit to Y'All

Sure we know 'bout that stuff . With the wifes maden name of "Vela" there just might be a little Mexican flavor in the family

Just outside of San Antonio there is a place we found to pick up our "Skeet" wood for about $20 we got almost 2 dozen logs that we brought back to the North . Great to mix with charcoal and BBQ.

Well, that about says it all. Definately a northern branch of the family. Cus down here in southern Texas we don't put no bean in our Chili. Chili con carne's, made with beans, Chili's made with MEAT, mostly road kill.

Well you have me there . Up here we do use meet in our chili...........Our Salsa we use fresh natural ingredience :tomatoes,onions,peppers,celantro and a little lime .

As you can see the Quote below ( will leave the Sotherners name out ) Chili & Salsa were used interchangably(sp). I just had a flashback to the Boons Farm/ Ripple days and got
