Order 4 new Bf G-force kdw's and planning on taking off my wheels Sunday and drop them off some time next week. Just over $200 apiece for all. (mount, balance, ect.)
If that price tag doesn't slow my tire spin down, I just don't know what will [Confused]

That used up a chunk of my mod money [Frown] ,but tires are a good thing [Big Grin]

I know what you mean. I have to get new tires in the spring...that means the header mod will be put off a bit longer. [Frown]

KD's is what you need to slow the tire spin down. kdw's are good.......but not as good as the kd's for that.

Problem we have in western NC, the mountain curves and the sharp stones they use in the sphault eat tires just as much as spinning them. So I knew kd's would be gone fast. [Razz]

all the more reason to get the kd's. they dont use any traction grooves or siping in the tread blocks they way the kdw does.. so the rocks are less likely to imbed themselves and start causing "chunk out" which is what happens in thatj situation......

interesting. What about the tread compound. I would think the kd's are very soft compared to the kdw's. Maybe I got this thing all backwards. [Confused]

KDW's if you drive in the rain at all, KD's for
dry road traction.

I have KD's and love em, I'm only in the rain
if I get caught on the way to or from a long
distance event.

My $0.02.
