Saw this last weekend. Yikes. Excellent horror film. If you liked "The Ring", you will like this one. The ending has two twists that completely mess you up, but its worth seeing. Its about a psychiatrist in a mental hospital who has an episode, and wakes up as a patient in her own hospital. Except now weird stuff keeps happening to her, and it involves the ghost of the daughter of the head of the hospital.

It was good, and she was convincing, but probably not Halle's best work (note: she got roughed up severely many times and still wasn't limping at all). It did have a few twists to it that I didn't completely figure out until near the end. It is worth the price of admission, I must say.
However, in the scene where she's walking into the community showers in the nuthouse, every guy in the theater stopped breathing and moved to the edge of their seats....yeah, including me. I won't say any more than that.

Have yet to see it... Halle Berry IMO isn't a very good actress. I used to like her, but not so much anymore. I thought she was terrible in the Bond movie, and there were superior performances than hers which won her the Oscar.
Kind of like Jennifer Lopez, her best role EVER was in "Out of Sight" with Clooney. She was smokin hot in that movie. Everything shes done since sucked and her heads gotten too big also.
As far as the NFB comment....whats the big fricken deal? Its pretty clear by the title "Movie Review - Gothica", that it doesn't have anything F-body related unless people are morons.
Do we have anything better to do than nitpick posters?

In an effort to clear some accumulating clutter from the Porch, if one is so compelled to share this stuff, could you please start posting the "review/headline/joke/law/etc. of the day" in your daily contribution in the good morning post?
Thanks. From all of us.

it is a simple forum rule agreed upon by the members. enforcement isnt our gig here, but due to the volume of non fbody posts, I dont see the reminder being out of line.
