Surface/Snail/U.S.Postal Service for me please, Kevin! Otherwise I'll get dinged another 50% with duty, customs and brokerage fees. Just mark down "dirty laundry" under the box that says "Description of Goods"

I won't know the breakdown in costs until he hands me the bill. I pay for everything up front. I have to look at each order to figure out what the costs are and then add whatever the shipping is to each order for the total.
Payment can be made using PayPal or by check and snail mail.
I'll probably double check with each person to make sure the addresses sent to me don't have any typos in it and then e-mail each person with the total costs after I ship it.
I may also do a checklist for sent, payment received, etc. to keep everyone informed.

There be shirts in the building. I still have to go through the entire list and make sure I received ALL of them they way they were ordered.
On the color shirts, the logo has white on the inside of the oval. He tried it both ways and with the white the logo definitely shows up much better. If someone who wanted a color shirt and DEFINITELY doesn't want inside the oval being white, let me know and I'll try to get it done and hopefully get a better price since this was such a large order. I'll post a pic of it.
I also request everyone please check your e-mail, etc. and respond and also let me know if you received the shirts OK and if there is ANY kind of problem from the shipping or the quality of the work.
I hope everyone can be patient as this will take awhile to get all of them shipped. This round is 2.5X as big as the first round of shirts.
As far as payments, last time I waited until I had shipped the shirts, so I'd know how much the shipping was to give the grand total. I also have to check and see how the breakdown in costs due to size, color, name added, etc. are to get the total cost. I'll create a WORD file showing the basic cost breakdown. After sending out some of the packages, I should be able to get a handle on the expected shipping costs too.
BUT, as far as actually making the payments, PayPal works great and you would use my home e-mail address above. You can also snail mail me a check if you don't have PayPal.
I'll send out an e-mail to everyone to double check your snail mail addresses, before I actually ship them. When I ship them, I'll e-mail you again with the date it will go out and a tracking # and the total cost. Then you can send me the payment.

Here is the price breakdown just to give folks an idea of costs. They were actually about $1 less each from last time since we had so many in the order.
I still will need to get the shipping costs to add in as I ship them.
code:
white T-shirt .......... $13 white Sweat shirtS ..... $19
Add $1 for a color shirt Add $1 for XX-Large size Add $2 for XXX-Large size
Add $5 per shirt for name/# screening added

Here is what the gray shirts look like with the logo.
Before I ship any of the gray shirts out let me know what each of you who ordered gray shirts thinks. If you like it let me know and I can put your order together to ship out as soon as I get to it. If you do NOT like it and want me to have it redone, let me know and I'll go ahead and have him redo it and wait to get it before I ship your order out.

Kevin, I'd think they'd look good either way, ...the sweatshirt pictured looks fine. If you already have the shirts done with the white, ...I'd say go with it. I ordered gray shirts, and however you have them done is OK with me.
Thanks again for all your efforts on this,
Kevin

I'm working my way through the list of confirmed snail mail addresses. I shipped about 12 yesterday, which would get picked up and show up on the tracking today and I dropped off about 12 again today, which the tracking # should be working when UPS picks them up at the drop off tomorrow afternoon. After work tomorrow I'll be droping off some more. After I ship them, I e-mail those folks to give them the info and the costs and options of how to pay. I'm actually making alot of headway. I was off work yesterday and was able to get ALOT done. I have check lists and e-mails coming out of a very sensitive spot.
THANKS to the people who have already paid and haven't even received their shirts yet. I ended up fronting for everything for over $2000, so I know you'll all feel sorry for me and buy me beers in Bowling Green in September.
Heck, I will even still have time for X-mas shopping.
I should be done with all shipping by the end of the weekend, if I receive back all the confirmations of snail mail addresses I e-mailed out. There may be 1 or 2 folks who I'm still waiting on a shirt to get to you from the printer, but they will go out ASAP, hopefully also by the end of this weekend.
HO, HO, HO!!!!!

I drop off the packages in the evenings at an Office Depot. I get the tracking number from the computer printout, BUT the tracking number doesn't show until the brown truck actually picks up the packages from there the next afternoon.
There is still ALOT of folks who haven't returned my e-mail requesting confirmation of snail-mail addresses before I ship the packages out. I really prefer to have the confirmation just to make sure someone hasn't moved or had a typo in it.

I also shipped out some more yesterday, which should get picked up by UPS this afternoon. I'll need to send out some e-mails. I need to e-mail the printer about a couple of shirts he thought he would have for me by yesterday, sorry for the delay. I think I only have 2 or 3 people I haven't heard back from on confirming snail mail addresses. I don't know if they changed e-mails or they are out of town or what. I'll list them when I figure it out and send them a PM too.

Hawkeye and Kevin K, I should be receiving your shirts that didn't get done correctly later today. If they were done right this time, I'll ship them out to you this weekend.
Of course the extra ones you end up with will be free.

Is there anyone who has NOT received their shirts???
I know the postal service is running VERY slow into Canada, presumably due to the holidays.
I do have some extra shirts left, with no names on them obviously, but if anyone wants an extra one, folks who ordered some this round will get the first choice if anyone does want one.

I still have a few people who haven't sent in a payment yet. I would appreciate it if anyone that hasn't please do so. The info is in the e-mail I sent out to each person when the shirts were shipped.
