Not to be negative, but I don't like all the back glass. That's what I like about the ZO6, the way it cut that back and left the rear deck out there. The rest of it looks like a fun car, can't wait to see one in person!

I'm with SSHEETS on the back glass. The Z06 isn't bad and I like the convertable cause it make the vette lines livable. The last vette I owned was a 73 454 Stingray that I ordered and it was a great car but not as fast and as well put together as my 99SS convertible. When I ordered my 99 I was looking at the vettes but the SS won hands down. GM should hier some of the get-out-there-and-build a daring sports car from Chrysler. This statement should wake up every one on the board. I have to go out and will be back latter and it should be interesting to see the responses. My first new car was a 67 Dodge R/T then a 70 Charger R/T all with 440's and then 73 Sting Ray 454 and back then GM had their act together and built some real good stuff. Now all they have is the Vette and it just doesn't have the looks to get my gene-pool swriling and they screwed up BIG TIME dropping the F bodies, all they needed was styling change. My SS is very rare in Canada only 63 of the 99SS convert. produced for Canada which this information came to me in a letter from GM. I still get people asking me if my SS is a new car.
