Brian...did the person who invented the game of curling used to work on transmissions? The disc or whatever it is called looks like a torque convertor with a handle welded to it! [Big Grin]

Bill Bradford Sr. owned the car, Bill Bradford Jr. drove the car, and brother Rick Bradford rounded out the crew ............ a low-buck team, but a fun group to watch

The car was named after a movie character from a late 40's western movie starring Wallace Beery ............... "Bad Bascomb" .......... the good hearted bank robber ................ the "Ghost" reference came when Bradford beat Big John Mazmanian at Irwindale, California after a magazine writer made the statement that "the team didn't stand a ghost of a chance" ............. [Big Grin]
