The one that looks like a mitten, you moron.

Where used cars from Florida bring top dollar.

No hurricanes here.

The Orange Barrel State.

So close to Canada you can hardly tell the difference.

We know the rules to euchre.

Got fudge?

Two Mystery Spots. No waiting.

Yes, the Porcupines are real mountains.

Soda? We say POP here, buddy.

No riots since 1967.

More than just boarded-up auto plants.

Casino fever - catch it.

Sandy beaches without severe undertow.

Happiness is a warm pasty.

Imagine an island where horse manure still litters the
streets.

Water enough for any drought.

Visit Hell, Paradise, Christmas and Climax.

Birthplace of Meijer Thrifty Acres.

Where Ontario is a shortcut to New York.

Gerald Ford slept here.

It's called snow. Get used to it!

Where the names of high-toned suburbs needlessly end
with "e".

Deer processing available here.

Not as flat as Indiana.

Once a swamp unfit for habitation.

Try eating corn flakes without us.

Hardly any annoying lizards or poisonous snakes.

Big on flannel.

It's not the heat. It's the humidity.

Smoked fish sold here.

Good people with camping trailers.

We moved American history to Dearborn.

No toll roads and proud of it.

Our biggest bridge makes yours look puny.

Nearly went to war with Ohio once and will do it again
if they pull any funny stuff.

Land of snow machines and bass boats.

#@?@*#@*# mosquitoes!

We know a place where wooden shoes are always in
style.

Where lousy teams get new stadiums.

Speed limit is back up to 70, so move it.

The Red Wings State.

The orange barrels mean that so much road construction is going on because Michigans roads have been in disrepair for too long.

The two Mystery Spots are tourist attractions. One on I-75 Near Grayling I believe and the other on U.S. 2 in the Upper Peninsula city of St. Ignace.

Happiness is a warm pasty: Pasties are a delicacy brought over to the United States from England especially in the 1800s of Upper Peninsula. The miners used to take them to work when they worked in the Mining Industry.

As for euchre: This is a card game.

Hope to have helped you with these cy. [Big Grin]

You missed this ( which is in questionable taste!) and proves that someone from Michigan's highway department had a sense of humor:

I used to travel to the detroit area proably 6 to 10 times a year. On my first visit, a sales engineer from one of the distributors told me to look out for this landmark.

Michigan numbers all their freeway/interstate exits. If you are driving north of Detroit, you will pass Exit 69. The name of the road for the exit? Big Beaver Road.

That one always gets a chuckle from everyone I talk too. Big Beaver - Exit 69. [Wink] [Razz] Gotta love it.

Sorry to disagree Greg but the pastie originated from Cornwall, England. My Great Grandparents on my mothers side of the family came from Cornwall and Redruth, England. The pastie originated and is a traditional feast brought over as miners working in the mines of Pennsylvania and Upper Michigan had them as their delicacy. [Big Grin]
