...I finally took a new rear shot and compared it to an older shot I have. I think a trip to the muffler man is in order. I flipped back and forth between the two pics and the difference jumps out.
btw, for those who don't know, I had SLP PP install a loudmouth and mate it to my CME. During the process the tips broke in the middle and they had to weld it back together (a fairly common occurence from what I've heard). They pointed this out to me and offered to redo it, but I didn't think it was all that bad...until now.

I think your perspective is suffering from "operator failure".
Its off slightly, but thats the machinist in me talking. I dont think its anything really worth worrying about.
