I dunno about a comeback. A concept car and actual production car are two different things. Just like with GM, Ford, etc. Especially with high performance vehicles, hard to tell if there is a market for them. Who's gonna buy a 'chevy' or 'ford' that costs $100k+ (ok, i know there are small market segments). Those individuals will probably buy a Lambo or Ferrari or Porsche instead.
Nevertheless, I think that Jeep Rescue looks awesome! (better looking and more rugged/practical than that boxy Element thingy). The Rescue also looks like an oversize Wrangler too! Two thumbs up.... That sling Shot looks like a cross between a S2000, Miata, and Z3 coupe. Yuck!

I agree about the expensive cars, and I like the Jeep.
But being able to produce a decent concept car is the first step in producing good production cars. Im impressed with most of their concept stuff, but the sling shot looks like crap. sort of like a toned down, crummy viper-knockoff.

1. The ME 4-12 will be produced. 2. The Slingshot is suppossed to be a scaled down Viper.
