Hopefully we'll have a good anniversary car display. I would like to get all of the different models together, it's not that hard for the 35th, but the 30th has 5. Just need 3 more. If anyone knows someone with a 25th please tell them there was alot of color combos for that year and it's going to be hard to get them all there.

yes, most likley what is going to happen is there will be a display of each different annivserary car that was made, the rest will be able to be judged. But and this all depends on how many cars show up i would like to keep all of them together.

I will be there as well and Chuck and I are sharing a room. This is going to be one of the best shows this year and we are going for a week as my wife wants some time at the beach before we come home. Also from a E-Mail I got from Scott aka Fbodfather he will be at that show.

I have my room at the Hampton Inn since the main host Hotel is booked and now as I understand from Rob Harrington that the Hampton Inn is all booked too and filling up the third hotel , the Quality Inn . Should be coming in Thurday afternoon , hopefully before the Thurs. BBQ . Travis can tell me what the local car rentals are available there ? I was going to bring my daily driver so my wife will have free reins and transportation to the beach each day but with the gas prices it might be cheaper to rent another car after getting there. I know I will not be taking my Camaro to the beach everyday or anywhere near the sand and salt ,

Tom Henry will show with a couple of his trucks. GMMG with a display and I also got a Boldwin Motion Phase III vette. Still working the issue with the cars from GM.
Thanks to a couple of people there is going to be a anniversary car display. Might even be able to get the 97 SEMA car from Matt Murphy.
They are also going to have trips planned to Bush Gardens and Colonial Willumsburg and Va Beach.
Would be nice if we could get a good turn out from the SSOA people, if we do then maybe would have a little get togther. I'll keep everyone up to date on things.

[/qb]
So if I attend the show, I have to be there Friday, Saturday and Sunday? Thanks! [/QB]
It really all depends on what Glass your going in. If it's the show N' shine then you have to be classified by 5 on Fri. This is the 1000 pts class, Display you can show up on Sat. mornin and get classified. This class does not go as much into detail, it's for people that want to show their cars but not really spend that much time on them...

There is also a special meet and greet BBQ on Thursday night. If you go to Rob's web page on the show there is a schedule you can look at Travis ,
I'll see if I can find the link and add it to this post ,

I may take off early and go out there. The problem is, is that I am in a wedding that weekend. I want my car there, but I dont know if I can physically be there. I am hoping I can be there Friday night, Saturday morning, and maybe Sunday. So I dont think I'll be able to show in the Show N Shine class, since I wont be there the entire time.
There is a class for cruisers or display so maybe you can just go in that. The 1,000 point judged class is priced based on you helping with judging unless you pay an extra $20 for not judging. It's always nice to go in the 1,000 point judged class to see what improvements you might need or if your car is like a friend's of mine he got a 999 out of 1,000. Either way I look forward on meeting you and some of the other back prochers that is going to be there. Just look for a dark red metallic 3rd. Gen with a cowl induction hood and you'll find me rubbing and cleaning on it from the 8 hour drive there ,
