Okay, I want to get Missi some personal plates. Y'all give me your votes on which one you like of these (by-the-way, the asterick represents the little state of Texas that divides words):

MISSI (simple, but the "SS" is in there)
SSEE*YA
BCNYA
1FST*SS
ZMBYU
U*WISSH
PEG*LEG
MSSB

We know it's a silly thing to post, but we want to know what y'all think is coolest!

Thanks!

I like that her name has 2 S's in it, but you might not want to put her name on it in case some whacko wants to follow her and give the impression that they know her by calling out her name.

How about using part of your screen name?

BRATSS (If restricted to 6 letters)

If you can use 7 letters, then how about 2BRATSS

There's always state pride, too: TEXASS

If they won't let you have "ass" in there: TEX SS

MSTXSS also comes to mind, but Miss Texas might have something to say about it.

if it's like MD, I don't think the state symbol is put on the 'personalized' plates, just the regular ones.

Maybe just 'My SS' or 'My1stSS'

My personalized plates for the truck I'm building have BAW*C (that's how you pronounce our name, BAW-C). They put a small, red state of Texas between the letters you want to divide. Missi really likes the BRATSS...Thanks for that one! [Big Grin]

Hmm, interesting how different the personalized plate rules are from State to State. According to the application form it appears to be optional to have the Texas silouette:

quote:
PERSONALIZED LICENSE PLATE (PLP) SELECTIONS –
• A selection may not consist of more than six letters and/or numbers.
• A selection that conflicts with the regular license plate numbering system cannot be approved.
• A selection which is already issued will not be approved.
• Each square of the selection block may be used to represent one character, symbol, or space.
• Selections should be shown exactly as you wish them to appear on the license plate.
• In addition to spaces, the only symbols which may be used are periods, dashes, and a small silhouette of
Texas. Only one silhouette can be used in a selection. Use an asterisk (*) to represent a silhouette of Texas.
• Small letters, apostrophes, signs, symbols, etc., except as stated above cannot be used.
• Selections with six characters are limited to two symbols or spaces.

7 characters gives a lot of options, but 8 opens up a whole lot of combinations and possibilities. In Oregon, we're limited to 6 letters/numbers, but can add a space or hyphen if we want. It limits the creativity, but oh well.

Welllll....several years ago when we got our first computer, my (soon to be ex) husband was choosing his screen name. He decided to use our cats' names along with abbreviated "cyber"; hence, he became "CyPocket" and he named me "CyTruffle". I guess we need some more computers, cuz there's also Afrika, Lilac, and Shamrock!! [Wink] [Big Grin]

How'd y'all come up with twobratSS?? Are you both really dysfunctional children?? LOL!! [Big Grin]

We got twobrats from me being an only child and her being the only girl (and youngest) of three children. Yeah we're spoiled...my truck and her SS! And our 3 year old is on his way to the same fate! [Big Grin]

I got my letter inserts from RKSports. The are pressure sensitive vinyl. They have all different colors. They fit perfectly. They are kind of beveled on the side you see.I like that they are beveled,it looks so much better than flat. See pic.
