One of the members from Tri State Camaro Club saw this web site from GM and was wondering what Sigma Lite base model meant for Camaros, Maybe we can get the fbodfather to comment , Scrool down to Chevrolet and look at the Calendar for 2006 under Camaros ;

That site is not affiliated with GM... but they do tend to have good sources.

If you look further down the page it also mentions the same platform for the GTO. I remember reading somewhere that a domestically produced GTO would happen in 2006 so maybe they are conjecturing that the same platform could also be the basis for a new Camaro.

Thanks Chris for the info about the site. I had never heard of it but sometimes you just never know. I was hoping it might be some kind of encouraging information for some good news from GM about the future of Camaros.
Maybe we'll get some more hits on this post,

Arch

GM had the chassis on display at the auto show if I remember right. Went through the show rather quickley and didn't look as I should have at everything. Should have taken a pic [Frown]
