I dont know if anyone has seen this but here is a website were a new GTO was destroyed. It is pretty bad and I hope whoever was driving made it out ok.

Terrible accident and I pray that those involved are ok but from the looks of the car, I doubt it. I checked the pictures of the wreck and I am not 100% sure that the car is the new GTO. The gas filler door is in the wrong location. On the GTO it is higher up on the rear quarter panel. Just an observation......

I agree, I just checked the pontiac page, and the filler is up near the b=pillar, which makes sense because they had to relocate the gas tank for US safety specs in front of the rear axle.

You guys are correct... note no poncho sign on wheel center cap and the turn signal light hanging out of the drivers side fender... (err passener side over there) its an aussie wreck...

Whether that was a GTO or not, I just can't see how anyone would have walked away from that.
