We just received approval for our loan today, so I decided to post some pictures of our home and invite you all to take an inside look. We close at the end of next month.
I don't know how to post pics to the board yet, so click on the link if you’re interested in viewing the photos. Understand that we purchased the “Demo-Model” we saved a substantial amount of money by doing this and received some nice additions in the process.

Looks great Patrick ...nothing wrong with a Demo, ...it's the house they walk everyone through trying to sell, ..more importantly it's usually the house they make sure is done right. And like you said, ...nice way to get a few 'extras'. Best of luck in your new home

Congrats Patrick! New Camaro and a new house! Very exciting! Buying the demo may have been a real money saver for you since the lawn is there and that privacy fence. Many demo housed have the upgraded options other houses in that area may not have. I called my real estate agent last night and struck a deal on the new house I was thinking of buying.Nothing like brand new with a full warranty. You did good on this one! Thank you all for the kind comments. We too believe we did a good job with this one. I've just posted the floor plans for those who find the photos somewhat confusing.
