4 eggs
1.5 cups sugar
1 quart of milk
2 cans of Eagle brand milk
1 Tablespoon of vanilla flavoring
.....and snow

Mix the ingredients together one by one, down the line in order (to get good blending). Start adding snow until the consistency is where you want it, which should be pretty thick. We just made a half batch.........so you can literally cut the ingredients in half with no problems. [Big Grin]

Plenty of fresh snow out there today to make enough snow cream to last a while. [Big Grin]

You could always cook it... I'll have to try this, the snow mound on the front lawn is now level with my second floor bedroom window, so no shortage of raw materials. There were some trees in the lawn, but after the loader had finished piling, I'm not sure where they'll be, the lights along the path are probably history too.
