It's still a cold hump here, but at least it's our last hump of January. It's been a long cold month.
Have a great day, watch out on the roads please!

Cold here too this morning in WV , 19 degrees but wind chill very low. Not sure why all schools were canceled today because the driveway looks the same as it did when I went to bed last night at 11 PM. It's funny how you gauge how bad it is outside in the morning here in the north by looking out at your clean driveway the first thing the next morning

I posted this in another thread awhile back, but decided I would inflict it upon you again, due to the plethora of snow posts and the remote possibility that there might be one or two people who missed it.....or, as Dave Hamburger would say...
Cytruffle's Guide to Winter Fun :
1) Cross-country skiing -- tie two fence slats to feet; attempt to slide feet forward on grassy surface
2) Sledding -- place posterior on garbage-can lid; sit in center of slightly inclined street; push off with arms; go "WHEEEEE!"; avoid oncoming traffic
3) Southern Snow Cream -- (originally from Mr. Diggler's HMS); great fiber! 4 eggs 1.5 cups sugar 1 quart of milk 2 cans of Eagle brand milk 1 Tablespoon of vanilla flavoring .....substitute grass clippings and dead leaves for snow
