2001 Dodge 3/4 4x4........ the motor is a TRIPLE Turbo( 64mm feeding the 88mm feeding the 106mm), 500 shot nitrous, propane injected, and alcohol injected with twin liquid-to-air intercoolers and a huge air-to-air intercooler....and should make 1200hp and 2000 ft.lbs

That set up looks pretty neat.......but I am not sure why you would want that.

Although I like the idea of it, I have to agree with the Old Coyote. Now it's a Dodge that's waaaaaay more likely to break. [Razz]

I am a true Chevy man, I drive a free Ford. But I have to give it to Dodge for their Cummins. Show me a Duramax or Powerstroke that will handle this type of setup and live long enough to idle for a minute. Not gonna happen. [Wink]

If I'm not mistaken. Ford now owns Cummins and will get the rights to those engines in 2005 or 6. Not quite sure. Anyone know more?

Cummins is not owned by Ford.

Ford currently buys there diesels from Navistar, ie the PowerStroke... That contract runs for several more years yet.

I believe ford may be looking for a new diesel for smaller applications. That is not locked into a contract. Ford and Navistar had a falling out several months ago about a smaller diesel. Ford payed out some big bucks to stop the development of that.
