Looking to install a full set of the new Teleflex Braided Brake Lines. Has anyone tried these yet, they sure look like thE way to go when showN on dreamcar garage.

I seen them on the show this morning. They look good but don't know how they stand up. [Smile]

Looks as if they could stand up to most anything. No rubber on the inside, just teflon with a kevlar wrap, then rubber and braid. The teflon is compatiable with most anything. There are several other manufacturers with this same construction. Have sent several request off today regarding cost. One company will give you an additional 10% off if you're in a car club.

Teleflex makes the power steering units and plumbing for the Mercury Marine inboard/outboard applications. FWIW, I haven't had to touch the power steering on my boat since I bought it 10 years ago. It would be great if these hoses were built to marine tolerances, which are almost on a par with aircraft tolerances in terms of durability.
