It has a lot of red tape getting accepted into the show and once in the building, there are many rules and regulations you have to follow. They also make you join the ISC Association. It is a money making business. Posts: 5682 | From: Dearborn,Mi. | Registered: Feb 2002

I started doing some heavy duty cleaning. I pulled all my tires off and cleaned/polished the inside of my Boyd wheels. I also wiped down underneath/fenderwells. A friend of mine let me use his propane heater. My 2.5 car garage was nice and warm. I picked up some carpet(burgundy). Its one of the requirements for the show.If you ever need carpet for a indoor carshow call Convention & Show Services in Lincoln Park 313-386-5555. I got a 9x20 carpet for $80.00. Also another requirement is stanchions and rope. I am renting some from Symon rental in Wyandote 734-283-5374.

A lot of requirements they have for that show. It could start to run into the money quickly.Have fun!
Are you bringing some Camaro Superfest flyers with you to pass out? Barry has them.

I helped a friend move in today. He has a beautiful Cortez Gold Buick GSX clone with black stripes. As of now it looks like there is only going to be two 4th gen f-bodies but there could be some moving in tomorrow. It`s going to be a great show. Looking forward to meeting you guys and women.

I went to the show last night. boy am I spoiled now. One of my friends got a couple of Exhibition passes so we got to go while everyone was setting up and before the public could get into it. It was so nice being able to see the cars without 100 people standing around each one and actually getting to talk to some of the owners.

I had a great time at the Detroit Autorama. I placed 5th in my class,Conservative Hard Top 1990-2000. According to my judging sheet the judges liked my car but it wasn`t radical enough. Oh well it was still a blast! Lots of eye candy.

A 2001 Mustang, new Monte Carlo,Ford Taurus,2000 Z28,3rd gen Camaro. They were all tricked out. Custom paint,Air Ride suspensions, killer stereos, stroker motors. High $$$ cars. That Ford Taurus looked like crap though! There was hair stuck in the paint on the hood. There was also a burn spot where they tried to buff it out with a buffer.Underneath was totally trashed! The interior was dirty. It was the 3rd place winner. All because it had a custom paint job.My Z looked 100% better than that car. Oh well thats the way the ball bounces somtimes.
