Not trying to spoil the fun. But.....Does anyone else get tired of loading and unloading the vert boots in the case?? PIA!!! But the car just doesn't look right without the boots. So tops off and boots on...why do I feel like going to a strip club. LOL

Don't mean to offend anyone. I am sure there are plenty that won't agree with this but it always seemed to me that women were more into verts then men so verts=estrogen t-tops=testosterone

Yeah, it cracks me up when some guy comes up next to me in my vert and thinks I got no cojones just because I'm topless!! Last year I would have left him in the dust, now I just smile from ear to ear knowing I can hand him his cojones on a platter if I like. That's what estrogen can do for you!!
I love the look of the car with the boot on alot more also but rarely use it. It is up and down about 2 or 3 times a day and I just don't have time for that. I usually put it on if I know it'll stay down for a while or we're going to a show.

I hear ya about the boot thingy. When I had my cavalier, it was 3 pieces. 2 'hard' parts ofr each side and then a canvas type section int he middle that was attached to the back seat. Kinda wierd, so I didn't use it much.
I dont mind the sunroof though now, it's actually REALLY large for that small car!

When I first got my 98 I took a guy I work with for a ride in it. I was doing 65 down a clover leaf onramp at about 70 the rear of the car started pushing a little side ways. He said the car was missing one option. It needed a cup built into the seat to hold ice in. In order to keep the swelling down. Posts: 52 | From: Michigan | Registered: Sep 2003

With temps at 116 AC doesn't do much good for me topless. Thankfully I replaced the light grey leather interior on my seats with dk grey cloth. (Ikept the dk grey leather outer portion the same. Looks very cool I think.)
