I agree! I spent a good part of yesterday shoveling the snow off the roof of the house. It just does not seem to be going away.I had some ice dams to get rid of. Today it is single digits with cold wind from the north.

Ice dams happen when the eves get filled with ice and snow and there is no place for the water to go when the melting starts. Unfortunately it seeps under the shingles into the roof which can cause major damage. Posts: 2841 | From: Westland, MI | Registered: Apr 2003
