.....I'll be at Bowling Green! Seems so far away saying it like that. I can't wait for it to get here. The more I talk about it, the faster I want it to get here.

And I think I recruited one more from the "left" coast to come with us. [Big Grin]

Back to planning out all the mods I want to do to the car before I make the long drive out.

1) won't conflict with Corvette Museum activities
2) gives us our very own WHOLE day JUST for SSOA like last year's Thursday
3) the work week is messed up anyway, so what's another day??
4) besides, with the Sunday activities moved to Saturday, we're already losing a day
5) gives us more time to spend with each other and form/renew friendships with people we may only see once a year...*sniff*...
6) I'll cry if we don't.....?? <-------the most important one [Frown] [Big Grin]

I second that. Most people drive a great distance to attend. Might as well spend one more day there.

It's not going to conflict with NCM activities. The Thursday date listed on the NCM website IS SSOA ThurSSday (since SSOA members make up such a large contingent of the event). The only thing on Sunday was the awards ceremony, which is going to be absorbed into Saturday, so it actually gives an extra day for visiting or travel (whichever you prefer).

We plan on getting in at least a day early to get a jump on taking care of last minute details and visiting with early arrivals, so come on and join us on Wednesday. The more the merrier!!!

Like Teri said, and like we have clarified a couple of times now........ the Thursday event that the Corvette museum is listing IS SSOA thursday. They just put it on the calendar like last year so it would be on there.

Yes, some of us will be there on Wednesday, and intend on taking care of some of the final details, then visiting with everybody who gets in that afternoon/evening.

I hope this clears it up some.

Also, like Teri said, Sunday will be another day to hang out with friends, say goodbye, and get some travel time in.

Hope to see you all there. [Smile]

I still haven't seen anything on the Corvette Museum site for the Fbody event. [Frown] Are the dates 9/16-9/19 official or just speculation?

Well, Missi is due October 10th, so she'll be well along with our second baby. If the doctor scratches her for the trip, I think me and Jarrett (our oldest) will still come for a couple of days! (I mean, we DO already have reservations and it'd be rude to cancel them, RIGHT?)
