Good morning! Feels warmer now than it has in months but heavier frost on the windshield than yesterday. Starting to see grass on the edges of the driveway and sidewalk. Still got 6-8" of the snow to melt. Come on warm weather!

Morning all .......... 62* and sunshine today .......... y'all have a good one
The picture of the day ............ blown fuelers were classified as AA/FD ........... injected fuelers were classified as A/FD ........... unless they had two engines
There were a few teams that attempted to run twin engined fuel dragsters (because of the tremendous success of the Freight Train and other twin engined gas dragsters) ................. but only one was successful ............... only one could hold its own with the blown cars ............. the beautiful (and long for its day - 240" wheelbase) "Double Eagle" of Gene Adams and Don Enriquez

LAst night, I watched an old old movie called "Fast Company". It was filmed in the Northwestern states and BC/Alberta.
A lot of it was filmed at Edmonton International Speedway. Brought back a ton of memories....I still recognized the place. I learned how to negotiate a road course at EIS in our '78 Camaro Z28.

Supposed to be about 55 here today, and no rain! We get a "rain delay" break for a day or two maybe. Around here, we mostly get rain everyday when the rest of you get snow/ice. It gets old.
Do they use the term "sunbreaks" where you are? I think its a Northwest term, as its rare we see the sun in the winter

The improving weather is tempting me to take the SS out of hibernation, but I'll resist the temptation until we get some nice heavy rains to wash all of the grit, salt and sand off of the roads.
Have a good one!
