WOW! That's all I have to say! Hit the Toronto Auto Show yesterday and was totally blown away with the new C6! You'll have to "pardon my French", but since I had a hole in my ar#*, I have never had such an emotional reaction to seeing a car for the 1st time up close and personal! Tom Peters & Co. have definitely created a work of art! The pictures and videos don't have a hope in hell of doing this creation
justice!
There is definitely hope here!

Best regardSS,

Elie

Sorry, disagree 100%. The car is all off balance-the end has been foreshortened too much, the mouth looks worth than the f-car ever did and the Viper lookness is too much. And what the heck is that funny looking CHMSL on the back end doing???

Thanks for the feedback. I do love the car. I can't wait to get mine. They said it may come in as soon as June. [Big Grin]

I have to agree with Elie. The car just blows my mind and when the ZO6 comes out this baby is really going to be one tough cookie to out perform.

Agree with you also, can't wait to get mine sometime later this year. Hate to see the 2000SS go, but this is to nice a ride to pass up. There will always be pros and cons about anything, that is our rights, thank God!

Norman.........you have a lot of really great cars and a C6 will be a nice addition to your stable. Although there are some styling cues I would like to see done differently, overall the car is very good looking. I am still partial to the C4's though having owned two of them, but I would gladly purchase a C6 too.

The car is great. All the pictures in the world don't do that car justice. It's when you get to see it up close.

Can't wait to see them roll of the line when we go to BG this year [Big Grin]

Saw it on Tuesday. While my reaction to the new look doesn't match yours, or JeffY's, I like the step up in performance.

All I could say is that with the New C6 coming out, maybe a used convertible c5, might be in the future, for the GF, as the prices will drop [Smile]

I traditionally like clean smooth lines... as for the new c6, they are not as clean as in years past.. but that doesn't mean I would not drive one for that matter [Big Grin]

I'm in the middle of the road on this one...at least on looks. The performance seems awesome, and hope the Z06 version will be able to compete at, or surpass the levels of the Viper. Now, with looks, i think its an over-glorified C5 with minor body changes (created more edges than curves)etc. Overall, if i had the opportunity to get one, sure I would take it! Otherwise, Maybe we'll see minor changes over the years with the C6. JMO....
